Horse with Red and Green Barns

Navarre, Kansas - Dickinson County
These were two very sweet tempered horses. The contrasting colors of the buildings drew me to this scene. We were exploring back streets in the small town of Navarre when we spotted the farm at the southwest edge of town, just beyond the cemetery. This scene is from the fenceline at the west cemetery border. Given the saddle marks on his back, he must be taken for rides from time to time.
